Final Walk Through:
The home stretch!
Before closing your agent will schedule a final walk through of the home. During the walk through, you and your agent will check to make sure everything is repaired and in its proper place. You can also use this time to take measurements and get a final lay of the land.
At least 3 days before close, you should receive your closing disclosure from your lender. This document will go over loan details: loan terms, monthly payments, and a breakdown of your closing costs.
